Trim clips are a versatile product used to hold fabric or gaskets in place in a semi-permanent manner. Applications include: mold fabric in foundries, retaining gaskets for large boiler repair, and retaining interior fabrics in the automotive and marine industries. These parts are made from a .063 diameter spring wire and are Phosphate coated to prevent rusting and corrosion. The clips can also be assembled with a decorative steel cap. Standard manufacturing includes 4 designs and 10 steel cap colors, although custom designs for specific applications are available. The length ranges from 1/4″ to 1/2″ with a head diameter of 1/2″, and they are designed to be inserted through a 1/4″ hole.

Trim clips were used for many years on Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Deusenberg, Lincoln, Mercury, Packard, Pierce Arrow, Plymouth, and Pontiac vehicles. We also manufacture replica Model T and Model A Ford seat upholstery button made with a flat brass wire prong.
